Kevin Strijbos:

“I went to the race without expecting too much as I had been a bit sick the last week and didn’t ride much in the sand after I got back from training in the US. It was always a bit difficult in the beginning of the races, but I gained momentum as the races went on and this turned out good. I’m stoked for the team to have such a good start to the season and I’m looking forward to the next races!”

Clement Desalle:

“It was a good day; a bit cold in the morning but good in the afternoon. I’m not such a big fan of the start on the concrete at Hawkstone, but still...

Cooper Webb didn't get a great jump out of the gate in Oakland but has proven in recent weeks he can come back and win. As he was moving into a podium position he was hit hard by Tyler Bowers in a controversial collision sending him to the ground. Cooper got up and put in another inspirational performance all the way to the second spot on the podium, cleanly passing Bowers on the way.

Star Racing Yamaha's Cooper Webb was unstoppable at A2. Rounding the first turn outside of the top 15 looked to cost him some points with Jessy Nelson in the lead. Cooper came all the way through the pack and was suddenly and rapidly making up time on the leader Tyler Bowers. He then made his move on the last lap for the lead. He was not going to be stopped on that night by anyone.

Anderson Mature in Round 1 Podium  /  Jan.19.2015

Jason Anderson: "Race was good tonight, got a good start, settled into a pace and ended up with a podium so I'm stoked! I expected to hopefully have a good night and be in the battle, but what happened was crazy. I train with Kenny [Roczen] during the week but we didn't know where we were at with each other as far as racing. Going 1 and 2 we talk about it, but it actually happening is surreal."

Technically this did not mark Jason Anderson's first 450...

“The first race felt pretty easy. I pushed in the beginning but then had some arm-pump and had to slow but I was still ahead of Frossard. It felt like being at the front of a GP but the fans were amazing. It was a great feeling actually. I didn't have a great start in the second moto and came back to eighth but then stalled the bike, then crashed! My leg was stuck under the bike and I lost many positions. To come back to ninth was really good and I was happy with my speed and my ride…just not with the second place!”

Battle Falls is the final stop of The Wakeskate Tour for a reason. Safe to say it brings some of the best riding we see every year, and this year is certainly no exception. The riders are at their absolute best at the end of summer and Battle Falls was clearly built for progression! Following the exponential trends of progression we've seen since the Tour's inception, the quarter- and semi-finals saw clean technical lines that stand up to any Finals we’ve ever had. 46 athletes came to battle it out for this years final stop, but the last men standing were Nick Taylor, Ben Horan, Austin...

LONG ISLAND, NY (July 20, 2014) -- Rockstar Energy Drink driver Tanner Foust scored his first Global Rallycross win of the season on Sunday at Volkswagen Rallycross New York.

It was all about the starts for the two-time champion, who blazed off the line to use the sub- two-second 0-60 launches of the Rockstar Energy Drink Volkswagen Polo to maximum effect.

"The starts were the critical factor for me here," said Foust. "It can be very difficult to make a pass on a tight rallycross course and getting out front early and staying out of trouble is key to winning."

Foust also credits the...
